Mark your calendars Lloydminster! The Lloydminster Youth Council is excited to announce Pecha Kucha 5: Power is coming to the Vic Juba Community Theatre on May 17, 2022 at 7pm.
What is a Pecha Kucha event?
Pecha Kucha (Japanese for ‘chit chat’) is a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each. In less than 7 minutes, presenters share powerful, fast-paced and visually-compelling stories. Sounds amazing, right! It is, and it gets even better.
Our presenters this year are youth from our community. They are Drake H., Amy L., Aknoor K., Ryan L., Ava D., Harmony S., Delara J., Fadak A. and Lylee O. They have been working with mentors and alumni to put together amazing presentations that will inspire and empower everyone in the room. There is something for everyone at PK and it is an amazing way to witness the power of youth in action.
