The Program

Heroes is a proven social-emotional program designed to build the resilience of young people. The program focuses on personal strengths, creating a safe and healthy environment where confidence can flourish and healthy risks can be taken. 

Young people who complete the Heroes program experience:

• Improved self-regulation skills 
• Increased awareness of personal strengths 
• Feel a sense of belonging and are able to cultivate positive peer relationships 
• Boost to long term mental health and well-being

partnership with LCSD & LPSD.
